摘要
薄煤层开采过程中,由于煤层地质条件的不同,存在不同的工作面走向倾角,对采煤机滚筒的装煤性能产生影响。针对走向倾角的影响作用,采用离散元仿真的形式,对推挤及抛射两种工艺下的滚筒装煤性能进行分析。结果表明,在两种工艺方式下工作面走向倾角越大则滚筒的装煤性能越好,在10°走向倾角下的装煤率是-10°时的约1.9倍。
In thin coal seam mining,due to different geological conditions of the coal seam,there are different working face inclination angles,which affect the coal loading performance of the coal miner drum.The coal loading performance of the roller under the two processes of pushing and throwing is analysed in the form of discrete element simulation for the effect of the strike inclination angle.The results show that the larger the inclination of the working face in both processes,the better the coal loading performance of the drum,with the coal loading rate at 100 inclination being approximately 1.9 times higher than that at-10°.
