摘要
为充分掌握采煤机在截割不同条件的煤层或岩层时的振动特性,在对采煤机截割煤岩层振动机理研究的基础上,结合实践生产对MG180/420-BWD采煤机振动特性测试制定方案和流程,重点对采煤机在空载、截割煤层、截割岩层三种工况下的振动特性进行测试,研究其与煤岩硬度之间的关系。
In order to fully grasp the vibration characteristics of coal mining machine when cutting coal or rock seams under different conditions,it is necessary to lay a foundation for automated and intelligent production of coal mining machine.Based on the research of vibration mechanism of coal mining machine cutting coal and rock seams,the program and process of vibration characteristic test of MG180/420-BWD coal mining machine are formulated by combining with the practical production,focusing on the vibration characteristic test of coal mining machine under three working conditions of unloaded,cutting coal seams and rock seams,and studying the relationship between it and the hardness of coal and rock.
