不同给水工况下水泵的性能实验研究

摘要 为解决当前煤矿生产中排水分系统的离心水泵工作效率低、能耗大的问题,在对离心水泵基本结构和现状分析的基础上,通过建立水泵性能实验方案,对负压吸水、前置泵正压给水以及高水位正压给水三种工况下离心泵的流量、效率以及扬程之间的关系进行对比,实验所得的结论起到了指导实践生产的作用。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and high energy consumption of centrifugal pumps in the drainage subsystem of coal mine production,the relationship between the flow rate,efficiency and head of centrifugal pumps under diferent water supply conditions,including negative pressure suction,positive pressure feeding by front pump and positive pressure feeding by high water level,was compared by establishing an experimental scheme of pump performance based on the analysis of the basic structure and status of centrifugal pumps.The conclusions drawn from the experiments serve as a guide to practical production.
