煤矿带式输送机断带抓取装置结构设计研究

摘要 通过对带式输送机断带抓取装置现状的分析,综合常用的特点,根据煤矿安全运输的需要,设计了一种可靠性高、损伤小、纯机械的带式输送机断带抓取装置。断带抓取装置是由纯机械的断带信号捕捉机构和执行机构组成。当发生断带事故时,断带驱动断带信号捕捉机构,联动执行机构与之相连,完成抓带断裂的动作。断带机构在联动执行机构的同时还具有制动作用,实现与执行机构对带式输送机断带的双重保护。此外,该装置具有结构简单、安装方便、维修方便、灵敏可靠的优点,避免了带式输送机断裂后的第二次事故,保证了煤矿带式输送机的安全运输。 Through the analysis of the current situation of belt conveyor belt-breaking and grabbing device,synthesizing the commonly used features,and according to the needs of safe transportation in coal mines,a highly reliable,small damage,purely mechanical belt conveyor belt-breaking and grabbing device is designed.The belt-break gripping device is composed of a purely mechanical belt-break signal catching mechanism and an actuator.When a belt-breaking accident occurs,the broken belt drives the belt-breaking signal catching mechanism,and the linkage actuator is connected with it to complete the action of catching the broken belt.The belt-breaking mechanism also has a braking effect while linking the actuator,realizing the double protection of the belt conveyor broken belt with the actuator.In addition,the device has the advantages of simple structure,easy installation,convenient maintenance,sensitive and reliable,which avoids the second accident after the belt conveyor breaks and ensures the safe transportation of the belt conveyor in coal mine.
