摘要
基于煤矿多绳摩擦式提升机在提升过程中,由于钢丝绳传统人工注油时劳动作业强度大、注油不均匀等,导致钢丝绳锈蚀严重、钢丝绳出现局部断股等现象,不仅增加了提升机钢丝绳更换成本费用,而且严重威胁着煤矿提升安全的问题,大斗沟矿综合区通过技术研究,采用了一套钢丝绳自动注油装置。分析了该装置结构、原理以及优点,并通过实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后,钢丝绳使用周期提高了1.5倍,全年可减少钢丝绳维护成本费用达57.9余万元,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the coal mine multi-rope friction type hoist in the lifting process,due to the wire rope traditional manual oiling labor intensity,oil injection is not uniform,resulting in serious corrosion of the wire rope,wire rope local broken strands and other phenomena,not only increase the hoisting machine wire rope replacement costs,and a serious threat to the safety of the coal mine lifing,which is a comprehensive area of the Dadugougou Mine,through a technical study,using a set of wire rope automatic oiling device,analyze the structure,principle and advantages of the device,and analyze the structure,principle and advantages of the device.In this regard,through technical research,the comprehensive area of Dadougou mine adopts a set of automatic wire rope oiling device,analyzes the structure,principle and advantages of the device,and through the actual application effect,the device is put into use,the wire rope life cycle increased by 1.5 times,the annual cost of maintenance can be reduced by more than 579,000 yuan of maintenance costs of the wire rope,and has achieved significant application results.
