煤矿输送机清煤装置的设计研究

Design Study on Coal Clearing Device of Coal Conveyor in Coal Mines

煤矿带式输送机输送作业时很容易出现煤块黏结、堵塞甚至拉回头煤现象,因此在输送机机头、机尾处设计安装新型清煤装置,对黏结煤块进行清扫。通过现场测试应用发现,带式输送机煤块堵塞、拉回头煤现象大幅减少,清煤效果显著,送输效率得到大幅提高,保障了综采面的安全、高效回采。

Coal briquettes are prone to sticking,clogging and even pulling back the coal when conveyor belt conveyor is in operation in coal mines,so a new type of coal clearing device is designed and installed at the head and tail of the conveyor to clear the sticking coal briquettes.Through the field test and application,it is found that the phenomenon of blocking and pulling back coal of belt conveyor is greatly reduced,the effect of coal clearing is remarkable,and the efficiency of conveying and sending is greatly improved,which ensures the safety and high efficiency of mining in the comprehensive mining face.
