摘要
胶带输送机作为煤矿井下重要的煤炭输送设备,在运行过程中极易出现跑偏、撕裂等问题,极易受到煤矸岩块的干扰造成误判现象,通过在胶带面两侧加装保护装置的方式对现有胶带面保护装置进行优化改进。现场测试应用表明:优化后的保护装置结构简单、检测效果更为精确,现场实测效果较好。
As an important coal conveying equipment in underground coal mine,the belt conveyor is very easy to run off,tearing and other problems during operation,and it is very easy to be interfered by the gangue rock block causing misjudgment phenomenon,through the addition of protection devices on both sides of the belt surface to optimize and improve the existing belt surface protection device,the field test and application shows that:the optimized protection device has a simple structure,the detection effect is more accurate,and the field measurement The field test application shows that:the optimized protection device has simple structure,more accurate detection effect,and better field measurement.
