综放工作面回采巷道超前支护优化

摘要 某矿30703综放工作面生产期间回采巷道超前支护段支护用的单体支柱存在矿压冲击明显、异响等问题,同时部分位置顶板有冒落征兆,在一定程度上影响采面生产效率。结合采面现场情况并对现有超前支护参数进行分析,提出将单体支护排距由500 mm缩小至400 mm,将原有的零散支护部件改为整体胶结连接,并对优化后参数进行设计。现场应用后,单体支护受力平稳,应力波动幅度较小,在采面后续回采期间超前支护体系始终保持稳定,满足了采面回采巷道超前支护需要。 30703 synthesized work face during the production of back mining roadway over the support section of the support with the monolithic pillar there is a mine pressure impact obvious,abnormal noise and other problems,at the same time,part of the location of the roof plate has a sign of fall,to a certain extent,affecting the production effciency of the mining face.Combined with the site conditions of the mining face and analysis of the existing parameters of the overrun support,it is proposed to reduce the row spacing of the monolithic support from 500 mm to 400 mm,change the original fragmentary support components into a whole cemented connection,and design the optimized parameters.After the field application,the monolithic support force is smooth,the stress fluctuation is small,and the over-head support system is always stable during the subsequent mining period,which meets the need of over-head support for the roadway of the mining face.
