摘要
利用数值模拟软件对采煤机滚筒截割煤壁进行分析,通过对不同截齿截割受力情况分析,确定受力较大的截齿后,通过matlab软件进行优化,优化后平均截线距调整为30 mm,螺旋升角调整为19.8°,平均截距调整为249 mm,经过对优化后的截齿进行受力分析发现截齿受力的平均值分布有了明显的改善,优化后截齿受力均值为914 N,较优化前受力均值整体降低了15%左右,优化较为成功。
Numerical simulation software was used to analyze the coal cutting wall of the coal mining machine drum,through the analysis of the cutting force of different cut-off teeth,the cut-off teeth with higher force were identified and then optimized by matlab software.The average force distribution of the optimized gears has been significantly improved,and the average value of the optimized gears is 914 N,which is about 15% lower than the average value before optimization,and the optimization is more successful.
