摘要
针对皮带自移机尾装置存在的安全性差、稳定性低、使用寿命短的问题,从结构、电气设计两方面对皮带自移机尾装置进行了优化设计。设计举升油缸结构,使得举升油缸工作时不受扭矩力,延长装置使用寿命;设计连接移动组件结构,使得轨道与皮带机支架同步上升或下降;增加核心控制器,实现皮带自移机尾装置手动、遥控控制和远程监控。实际应用结果表明,优化后的皮带自移机尾装置运行稳定、安全性高,提高了装置的使用寿命,社会经济效益良好。
Aiming at the problems of poor safety,low stability and short service life of the belt self-transferring tail device,the belt self-transferring tail device is optimised in terms of structure and electrical design.The design of lifing cylinder structure,make the lifing cylinder work without torque force,to extend the service life of the device;the design of connecting mobile components structure,make the track and the belt machine bracket synchronous rise or fall;increase the core controller,to achieve the belt self-transfer machine tail device manual,remote control and remote monitoring.Practical application of the structure shows that the optimised belt self-transferring tail device is stable and safe,improves the service life of the device,and has good social and economic benefits.
