矿用单轨吊车运输系统优化设计与应用

摘要 在CREO软件中建立单轨吊车三维模型,导入ADAMS软件中进行动力学分析,以获得单轨吊车运输系统各连接点的载荷数据作为有限元分析的输入,建立有限元模型,通过Abaqus软件计算轨道在静止工况和驱动工况下的受力情况,绘制应力云图并进行分析。结果表明,静止工况和驱动工况下最大应力部位都集中在轨道与起吊承载梁相连接的移动承载小车处。针对轨道薄弱环节提出单轨吊车运输系统结构优化设计及单轨吊车运输优化方案,经验证模型方案中轨道安全系数符合梁安全系数要求。 Establish the three-dimensional model of monorail crane in CREO software,import it into ADAMS software for dynamics analysis,obtain the load data of each connection point of the monorail crane transportation system as the input of finite element analysis,establish the finite element model,calculate the stress of the rail in static condition and driving condition through Abaqus software,draw the stress cloud diagrams and analyze it.The results show that the maximum stresses under stationary and driving conditions are concentrated in the mobile load carrying trolley which is connected to the track and the lifting load carrying beam.For the weak link of the rail proposed monorail crane transport system structure optimization design and monorail crane transport optimization program,the model program has been verified that the rail safety coefficient meets the requirements of the beam safety coefficient.
