提升液压支架顶梁结构安全可靠性的优化措施研究

摘要 针对液压支架在设计结构时存在的设计不完善造成应力集中严重以及成本增加等问题,利用有限元仿真软件分析研究了支架的顶梁结构,仿真出其在该载荷作用下的整体强度。分析发现,应力集中发生于顶梁上的柱窝处,通过优化柱窝高度,可提升液压支架的整体性能,不仅减少了成本,而且柱窝上的应力集中明显下降,增强了耐磨性,在实际的应用中表现出了良好的可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of serious stress concentration and cost increase caused by the imperfect design of the hydraulic support structure,the top beam structure of the support was analyzed and studied by using finite element simulation software to simulate its overall strength under the load.It is found that the stress concentration occurs at the column nest on the top beam.By optimizing the height of the column nest,the overall performance of the hydraulic bracket is improved,which not only reduces the cost,but also reduces the stress concentration on the column nest,enhances the wear resistance,and shows good reliability in practical application.
