摘要
基于同忻矿703带式输送机在运输精煤过程中,受煤泥水、煤矸以及输送机安装质量影响,带式输送机经常出现跑偏现象,造成运输区域撒煤量大、人工清理劳动作业强度大以及设备故障率高等问题,皮带三队通过技术研究,设计了一套机械联动动纠偏装置。分析了该装置结构及工作原理,并通过现场实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后,大大降低了带式输送机跑偏故障率,提高了带式输送机运行稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the 703 belt conveyor of Tongxin Mine,in the process of transporting fine coal,affected by coal mud water,coal gangue and the installation quality of the conveyor,the belt conveyor often runs out of position,resulting in a large amount of coal scattering in the transport area,high labor intensity of manual cleanup,and high technical dificulties in the failure rate of the equipment,the belt three teams designed a set of mechanical linkage dynamic deviation correction device by means of technical research and analyzed the structure and working principle of the device,and the actual application results show that the device is very effective in the field of mining.Analyzing the structure and working principle of the device,and through the actual application of the effect of the field,the device is put into use,greatly reducing the belt conveyor run-off failure rate,improve the stability of the belt conveyor operation,and achieved a significant application effect.
