摘要 为解决通风机当前控制系统无法根据工况或实际需风量对通风机风量、风速等参数进行调节且容易在启动阶段对设备和电网造成冲击的问题,在对通风机结构简单阐述的技术上,提出了通风机变频调速监控系统的总体设计思路,重点对变频调速功能实现的硬件进行选型设计,对变频调速技术的应用效果进行全面评估。 In order to solve the problem that the current control system of ventilator can not adjust the parameters of ventilator air volume and air speed according to the working condition or the actual air demand,and it is easy to cause an impact on the equipment and the power grid in the start-up phase,the overall design idea of the ventilator frequency conversion speed control system is put forward in the technology of the ventilator structure briefly explained,focusing on the selection and design of the hardware for the realization of the function of frequency conversion speed control and the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the application of the frequency conversion speed control technology.The effect of the application of frequency control technology is comprehensively evaluated.
