摘要
针对WK-55型电铲在日常生产作业中易出现回转失控故障的问题,基于WK-55电铲工作原理,结合WK-55电铲出现的回转失控现象,分析了回转失控原因,并针对性提出了一些具体解决措施。应用结果表明:应用这些维修方案后,电铲回转失控故障明显减少,更好地保障了WK-55电铲的安全稳定运行,提高了WK-55电铲的出动率,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工况下WK-55电铲回转失控故障的解决提供参考。
Based on the working principle of WK-55 shovel,the causes of loss of slewing control were analyzed and some specific measures were proposed for these causes of loss of slewing control.The application results show that after the application of these maintenance solutions,the runaway failure of the electric shovel is obviously reduced,which better ensures the safe and stable operation of the WK-55 electric shovel and improves the availability of the WK-55 electric shovel,achieving a better application effect and providing reference for the solution of the runaway failure of the WK-55 electric shovel under similar working conditions.
