掘进巷道快速过断层破碎带联合支护技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为确保掘进巷道安全顺利地通过断层破碎带,以2203运输巷过DF6-1断层破碎带工程为研究对象,针对该断层破碎带存在松散、承载能力差、具有导水性等情况,提出了通过进行超前注浆并配合撞锲、锚网喷以及U型钢等进行联合支护来进一步控制巷道顶板围岩变形的支护方案。实际应用结果表明,采用联合支护技术后,2203运输巷过DF6-1断层破碎带时,巷道未出现大量片帮、冒顶现象,巷道顶板变形量控制在75 mm以内,围岩两帮变形量控制在54 mm以内,且底板未出现底鼓现象,取得了较好的支护效果。 In order to ensure the safe and smooth passage of the tunnel through the fault fracture zone,take the project profile of 2203 transport roadway over DF6-1 fault fracture zone as an example,in view of the existence of the fault fracture zone is loose,the bearing capacity is poor,and it has the water conductivity,etc.,it is difficult to control the deformation of the roadway peripheral rock effectively if it is supported by the conventional anchor mesh cable,based on the actual project profile,it specifically designed the roadway support programme,and put forward a proposal of the roadway support programme by overrunning grouting and cooperating with the rammed wedge,and then the roadway support technology is adopted.The support scheme to further control the deformation of the roadway top plate peripheral rock by overrunning grouting and joint support with the crash wedge,anchor net spray and U steel,etc.The actual application results show that,after adopting the joint support technology,when 2203 transport roadway passes the broken zone of DF6-1 fault,there is no large amount of slice gang,roof phenomenon,the deformation of the roadway top plate is controlled within 75 mm,the deformation of peripheral rock is controlled within 54 mm,and the botom plate did not have the phenomenon of botom drumming,which achieved a better support effect.
