矿用带式输送机防跑偏及振动监测装置应用

摘要 基于煤矿带式输送机在运输物料过程中经常出现跑偏、振动现象,导致输送机运输物料效率低、输送带磨损严重以及配件振动松动等现象,严重制约着采掘工作面安全高效运输的问题,雁崖煤业公司运输区通过技术研究,对矿用SSJ-1000型带式输送机安装了一套防跑偏及振动监测装置,分析了该装置结构组成及工作原理,并通过实际应用效果来看,该装置安装后降低了输送机跑偏事故率,通过时可及时监测带式输送机振动情况,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the coal mine belt conveyor in the process of transporting materials often runaway,vibration phenomenon,resuling in low efficiency of conveyor transport materials,serious wear and tear of conveyor belt and vibration loosening of accessories and other phenomena,seriously restrict the safe and efficient transportation of mining workings,this Yangya coal company transportation area through technical research,the mining SSJ-1000 belt conveyor installed a set of anti-runaway and vibration monitoring device The device is analyzed in terms of its structural composition and working principle,and the practical application effect shows that the installation of the device has reduced the rate of conveyor runout accidents,and the vibration of the belt conveyor can be monitored in time,which has achieved significant application results.
