干法乙炔装置气相管喷淋内循环改造

摘要 干法乙炔装置运行过程中,高温喷淋水溶解大量乙炔,在外排过程中造成乙损失;气相管内碳酸钙结垢堵塞。通过气相管喷淋内循环改造,有效提高了洗涤效果,减少了碳酸钙沉淀结垢,降低了乙炔损失。 During the operation of the dry-process acetylene plant,a large amount of acetylene was dissolved in the high-temperature spray water,causing loss of acetylene during the discharge process of spray water.The gas pipe was blocked by calcium carbonate scaling.Through the transformation of internal circulation of spray water for gas pipe,the washing effect was effectively improved,the precipitation and scaling of calcium carbonate were reduced,and the loss of acetylene was reduced.
