摘要
介绍了乙炔清净废硫酸经高温裂解生产硫酸的工艺流程、技术特点和运行情况。该工艺解决了浓硫酸清净乙炔工艺中废硫酸消化处理难的问题。用1t质量分数为75%的乙炔净化废硫酸可以生产0.72t质量分数为98%的成品硫酸。生产1t成品硫酸的原料及动力消耗为680元,且尾气排放中SO,质量浓度低于50 mg/m,从根本上解决了环境污染问题。
The process flow,technical characteristics,and operation of temperature cracking waste sulfuric acid from acetylene cleaning to produce sulfuric acid were introduced.This process solved the problem of difficult treatment of waste sulfuric acid in the process of purifying acetylene with concentrated sulfuric acid.Purifying 1 t of waste sulfuric acid with a mass fraction of75% could produce 0.72 t of finished sulfuric acid with a mass fraction of 98%.The raw material and power cost for producing 1 t of finished sulfuric acid was 680 yuan.The mass concentration of sulfur dioxide in tail gas was less than 50 mg/m^(3).The problem of environmental pollution has been fundamentally solved.
