继电保护智能运维检修标准体系构建研究

Research on standard system construction of intelligent operation and maintenance for relay protection

继电保护智能运维检修是解决继电保护设备种类数量繁多、检修时间短、人员投入不足等问题的可行方式,有必要建立相应的标准体系。首先,介绍了基于定期检验的继电保护传统运维检修方式的特点;然后,介绍了对继电保护智能运维检修方式的探索与实践;最后,构建了由智能运维检修导则、运行管理及检修规程、支撑与辅助标准3层架构组成的继电保护智能运维检修标准体系,并对继电保护智能运维检修的实施给出建议。

Intelligent operation and maintenance for relay protection is a feasible way to solve the contradiction between a large number of relay protection equipment,a short maintenance time,and insufficient personnel investment.It is necessary to establish a corresponding standard system.This article introduces the characteristics of traditional operation and maintenance methods of relay protection based on periodic inspection,analyzes the application of the intelligent operation and maintenance methods,constructs a three-layer framework standard system of intelligent operation and maintenance,which is consisted of operation and maintenance guidelines,operation management and maintenance procedures,supporting auxiliary standards,and puts forward the implementation suggestion of intelligent operation and maintenance for relay protection.
