摘要
基于Q-learning算法,针对多天线无线携能通信的安全传输问题展开研究。在该研究中,将通信环境和攻击威胁作为系统的状态,而通信节点的操作和反应策略被视为系统对该状态的行动,利用Q-learning算法学习最佳的安全传输策略。通过实验验证,验证了所设计的安全传输方案在传输速率、误码率以及安全性方面的有效性。实验结果表明,基于Q-learning算法的安全传输方案能够自适应地应对不同的通信环境和攻击威胁,提高传输的安全性与可靠性。
Based on Q-learning algorithm,this paper studies the secure transmission of multi-antenna wireless portable communication.By taking the communication environment and attack threat as the state of the system,and the operation and reaction strategy of the communication node as the action of the system,Q-learning algorithm is used to learn the best security transmission strategy.The effectiveness of the designed secure transmission scheme in terms of transmission rate,bit error rate and security is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the secure transmission scheme based on Q-learning algorithm can adapt to different communication environments and attack threats,and improve the security and reliability of transmission.
