OTN技术在电力通信传输网中的应用分析

摘要 电力系统在长远化的运行过程中,只有切实从客户和自身实际情况出发,满足电力行业的实际发展需求,才可以有效保障电力通信传输环节的安全性与可靠性。各级电力通信网需要围绕电网和行业发展目标,坚持电力通信网与各级电网和行业的发展同步规划,以技术进步为基础,以业务需求为导向,继承发展,落实行业通信建设新标准,夯实网络发展基础,优化网络结构与资源配置,持续提升用户服务体验,为电网和行业发展提供坚实的通信支撑。现阶段,要求相关工作人员能够熟练掌握光传送网(Optical Transport Network,OTN)技术的应用,并加大对OTN技术的开发力度,全面保障技术应用的合理性与实效性,助力电力通信传输网的稳定运行,从而实现电力通信行业的可持续发展目标。 In the long-term operation of the power system,the security and reliability of the power communication transmission link can be effectively guaranteed only by proceeding from the actual situation of customers and themselves and meeting the actual development needs of the power industry.Power communication networks at all levels need to focus on the development goals of power grids and industries,adhere to the synchronous planning of power communication networks and power grids and industries at all levels,take technical progress as the basis,take business needs as the guide,inherit and develop,implement new standards for industry communication construction,consolidate the foundation of network development,optimize network structure and resource allocation,continuously improve user service experience,and provide solid communication support for the development of power grids and industries.At this stage,the relevant staff are required to master the application of Optical Transport Network(OTN)technology,and increase the development of OTN technology,fully guarantee the rationality and effectiveness of technology application,and help the stable operation of power communication transmission network,so as to achieve the sustainable development goal of power communication industry.
