“一带一路”背景下高职学生英语核心素养的提升策略

Strategies for Improving English Key Competence of Higher Vocational College Students under the Background of the"Belt and Road"Initiative

“一带一路”倡议的实施,使得培养国际化人才成为必需,国际化人才培养需要语言先行,这就给高职英语人才培养提出了新要求。英语核心素养是关乎培养什么样的人的问题,强调学生的可持续发展,体现着英语学科教学的本质与价值,与“一带一路”建设的人才要求密切相关。高职院校应深刻把握英语学科核心素养的内涵及相互关系,顺应国际化办学趋势,利用一切资源、创造一切条件落实核心素养。本文围绕英语核心素养四要素提出了相应的改革策略,以及实施核心素养教育的保障条件。

The"Belt and Road"Initiative makes it necessary to train international talents,with language skills as priority,which brings new requirements for English talents training in higher vocational colleges.English key competence is a matter of cultivating what kind of people,focusing students'sustainable development,embodying the essence and value of English teaching,and is closely related to the requirements of the talents for the"Belt and Road"Initiative construction.Higher vocational colleges should grasp the connotation and mutual relationship of English key competences,follow the trend of educational internationalization,utilize all resources and create all conditions to implement the key competence education.This paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and supporting conditions to cultivate four English key competences.
