基于课程思政视域下高校法学专业课程思政教学发展新路径

The New Path of the Development of the Ideological and Political Teaching of Law Major in Colleges and Universities

课程思政视域下,高校法学专业课程思政教学不但有助于推动高校思政工作有序进行,而且还有助于确保人才培养坚定正确方向。现阶段,国内高校法学专业在课程思政教学层面还面临诸多困境,主要体现在:教育理念尚未渗透课程思政基因、教育目标设置课程思政元素缺位、教育内容中缺乏丰富的思政元素。所以,高校方面要将课程思政教育理念渗透法学教学全过程、在法学专业教育目标设置中融入课程思政元素、深入发掘法学专业中蕴藏的思政教育内容、丰富法学专业教材文本的思想政治教育元素,不断探究课程思政视域下高校法学专业课程思政教学发展新路径。

From the perspective of curriculum ideological and political education,the ideological and political education of law major in colleges and universities not only helps to promote the orderly ideological and political work in colleges and universities,but also helps to ensure that the cultivation of talents is firmly and correctly oriented:the absence of ideological and political elements in the curriculum of the educational goal setting,and the lack of rich ideological and political elements in the educational content.Therefore,colleges and universities should infiltrate the concept of ideological and political education into the whole process of law teaching,integrate the elements of ideological and political education in the curriculum in the setting of the educational objectives of the law major,deeply explore the ideological and political education contents contained in the law major,enrich the ideological and political education elements of the teaching materials of the law major,and constantly explore the new path of the development of ideological and political education in the legal major in colleges and universities under the perspective of ideological and political education.
