基于“互联网+”背景,探索构建专业性强、集成度高、体验性好的“订单式”大学生志愿服务双向供需平台,推动志愿服务工作由传统单向到双向的转变,实现志愿服务发展从供需失衡到均衡、从服务低效到高效,从无序到有序的变化。通过信息技术的有效应用,最大限度发挥志愿服务在落实“立德树人”根本任务和“五育并举”教育导向上的积极作用,帮助大学生志愿者在志愿服务过程中发挥个人特长,提高专业技能,享受实践育人之“惠”。

Based on the background of"Internet+",the paper explores the construction of a professional,highly integrated and experienced"order-type"two-way supply and demand plaform for college students'volunteer service,promotes the transformation of volunteer service from traditional one-way to two-way,and realizes the change of volunteer service development from supply and demand imbalance to balance,from service inefficiency to efficiency,and from disorder to order.Through the effective application of information technology,maximize the positive role of volunteer service in the implementation of the fundamental task of"fostering virtue through education"and"five education"orientation,to help college students volunteers in the process of volunteer service to play their personal strengths,improve professional skills,enjoy the practice of educating people"benefit".
