建筑主体工程质量通病的防治措施

Prevention Measures for Common Quality Problems of Main Building Works

主体结构是建筑项目的主要组成部分,关系到整个建筑的运行效果和质量,该结构的施工质量对整体施工效果产生直接的影响。但当前我国的建筑工程项目在实施中受到技术限制以及监督管理不当等因素的影响,造成项目存在很多质量通病,威胁道路通行的总体水平。基于此,文章以某建筑工程项目为案例进行分析,结合建筑主体工程的质量通病,提出了相应的处理策略和优化举措。

The main structure is the main part of the construction project,which is related to the operation effect and quality of the whole building.The construction quality of the structure has a direct impact on the overall construction effect.However,the current construction projects are affected by technical restrictions and improper supervision and management,resulting in many common quality problems in the projects,threatening the overall level of road traffic.Based on this,this paper takes a construction project as a case to analyze,combined with the common quality problems of the main construction project,puts forward the corresponding treatment strategies and optimization measures.
