浅谈建筑工程质量安全监督工作存在的问题及优化措施

随着当前社会的不断发展,房屋建筑的规模和数量不断增加,为了保证工程质量,需要积极做好安全监督管理工作。在当前激烈的市场竞争环境下,建筑工程质量安全监督机构若要尽快实现可持续发展目标,则必须根据实际情况,切实提高质量安全监督水平。目前,部分监督人员专业能力较差,在行业内缺少比较完善的监督管理机制,制约了质量安全监督机构整体经济效益的提升。对此,文章结合建筑工程质量安全监督工作中存在的问题,提出了针对性的优化措施。

With the continuous development of the current society,the scale and quantity of housing construction are increasing.In order to ensure the quality of the project,it is necessary to actively do a good job in safety supervision and management.In the current fierce market competition environment,if the construction quality and safety supervision institutions want to achieve the goal of sustainable development as soon as possible,they must improve the quality and safety supervision level according to the actual situation.At present,some supervisors professional ability is poor,and they lack a relatively perfect supervision and management mechanism in the industry,which restricts the improvement of the overall economic benefits of quality and safety supervision institutions.In this regard,combined with the problems existing in the quality and safety supervision of construction projects,this paper puts forward targeted optimization measures.
