高层建筑给排水施工技术要点分析

摘要 高层建筑不仅层数较多、建筑主体高度较高,对用水要求也比普通低层建筑要求高,还具有排水量大等特点。其自身较为突出的特征对后期给排水施工作业也提出了较高的要求,需要相关单位做足施工准备工作,完善当前施工体系流程,强化自身责任意识,以此从根本上保障给排水工程系统的良好工况,切实满足高层建筑功能需求以及日常给排水标准。基于此,文章分析了高层建筑给排水施工技术要点,结合问题提出了相应的对策。 High-rise buildings not only have more floors,higher main building height,but also have higher requirements for water than ordinary low-rise buildings,and also have the characteristics of large drainage.Its outstanding characteristics also put forward higher requirements for the later water supply and drainage construction,which requires the relevant units to make sufficient construction preparations,improve the current construction system process,and strengthen their own sense of responsibility,so as to fundamentally ensure the good working condition of the water supply and drainage engineering system,and effectively meet the functional requirements of high-rise buildings and daily water supply and drainage standards.Based on this,this paper analyzes the key points of water supply and drainage construction technology of high-rise buildings,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures combined with the problems.
