城镇化背景下现代小区建筑规划设计研究

随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程不断加快,人们对居住环境提出了更高层次的要求。创建现代化城市小区已经成为城市化建设中重要的一个环节,其在促进经济增长,提高居民生活质量等方面都发挥着十分关键的作用。因此,需要对其合理规划设计,以满足其功能性、美观性和实用性等方面的要求。文章从当前城镇化背景下现代社区建筑设计工作着手,分析了其中的不足之处,并对相应问题提出了解决方法及建议措施。

With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,people have put forward higher requirements for the living environment.The creation of modern urban community has become an important link in the construction of urbanization,which plays a key role in promoting economic growth and improving the quality of life of residents.Therefore,it needs to be reasonably planned and designed to meet the functional requirements of its functionality,aesthetics and practicability.Starting from the modern community architectural design work under the current urbanization background,this paper analyzes the shortcomings,and puts forward solutions and suggestions to the correspondingproblems.
