茶树精油对寄生虫的抑制作用研究现状

Research Status on Inhibitory Effect of Tea Tree Essential Oil on Parasites

寄生虫携带大量病菌,生活中通常用神经毒性杀虫剂或农药防治寄生虫,但由此引起了严重的生态和健康问题,并且新的药物研发速率明显滞后于寄生虫和病菌的耐药性发展。近年来,在天然抑菌药物的研究报道中,茶树精油具有良好的抑菌、杀虫活性,并且毒副作用小,在临床治疗方面应用广泛。基于此,综述了茶树精油在寄生虫感染治疗方面的良好疗效和研究现状,以期为茶树精油临床药物的研发提供理论支持。

Parasites carry a large amount of bacteria and can cause significant health problems for humans and animals.Neurotoxic insecticides or pesticides are commonly used to prevent and treat parasites in daily life,but this has caused serious ecological and health problems,and the development rate of new drugs is significantly lagging behind the development of drug resistance of parasites and bacteria.In recent years,in the research reports of natural antibacterial drugs,tea tree essential oil has good antibacterial and insecticidal activities,and has minimal toxic side effects,making it widely used in clinical treatment.Based on this,reviewed the good therapeutic effects and research status of tea tree essential oil in the treatment of parasitic infections,in order to provide theoretical support for the development of clinical drugs for tea tree essential oil.
