Thoughts on Lightning Protection and Disaster Reduction in the Construction of New Rural Areas

围绕新农村建设工作中重点防雷保护措施展开论述,在描述雷电灾害的形成和基本形式的基础上,结合福建省雷电灾害特征,分析了当前新农村建设中出现的防雷减灾隐患,并从完善制度体系和强化防雷技术措施2个方面提出了相关建议,以供参考。

Discussed the key lightning protection measures in the construction of new rural areas.Based on the description of the formation and basic forms of lightning disasters,combined with the characteristics of lightning disasters in Fujian Province,analyzed the hidden dangers of lightning protection and disaster reduction in the current construction of new rural areas.Relevant suggestions were proposed from two aspects:improving the institutional system and strengthening lightning protection technical measures,for reference.
