摘要
选取1978—2020年河池市宜州区37个气象站观测数据。气象数据进行归一化处理,采用信息熵赋权法、百分位数法、层次分析法、自然断点分级法、专家打分法等进行灾害危险性评估,分别对宜州区暴雨、台风、雷电、大风、冰雹、干旱、低温、高温等8种气象灾害建立危险性指标,构建评估模型和公式,对致灾危险性进行空间划分,利用ArcGIS软件,采用反距离加权插值等,得出各灾种风险区划图。综合各灾种致灾危险性,计算气象灾害综合危险性指数,划分危险性等级,得出宜州区气象灾害综合致灾危险性区划。
Selected the observational data of 37 meteorological stations in Yizhou District,Hechi City from 1978 to 2020.The meteorological data were normalized,and the hazard assessment was carried out by using information entropy weighting method,percentile method,analytic hierarchy process,natural breakpoint classification method,expert scoring method,etc.The hazard indicators were established for eight meteorological disasters in Yizhou District,namely rainstorm,typhoon,thunder and lightning,gale,hail,drought,low temperature and high temperature,and the assessment model and formula are constructed to divide the hazard risk in space.ArcGIS software was used,Using inverse distance weighted interpolation,the risk zoning map for each disaster type was obtained.Based on the comprehensive hazard analysis of various disasters,the comprehensive hazard index of meteorological disasters was calculated,and the hazard level was divided to obtain the comprehensive hazard zoning of meteorological disasters in Yizhou District.
