绿色发展理念下秸秆资源化利用路径探析——以固始县为例

Exploring Path of Straw Resource Utilization under the Concept of Green Development——Taking Gushi County as An Example

秸秆资源化利用是生态文明建设、农业绿色发展面临的新形势、新任务。绿色发展理念下推进秸秆资源化利用,有助于改善农业农村生态环境,推动农业可持续发展。而我国秸秆利用正处于稳步发展期,各大粮食主产区秸秆综合利用率处于较高水平,但实践中仍存在总量大、利用成本过高、利用率较低、综合利用结构不合理、产品附加值低等问题。以绿色发展理念为指导,分析了固始县秸秆资源化利用现状及存在的问题,提出了践行绿色发展理念、推进绿色技术创新、多方参与促进秸秆利用的优化路径,从而提高耕地质量,改善农村生产生活环境,推动农业绿色低碳发展。

Promoting the utilization of straw resources under the concept of green development helps to improve the agricultural and rural ecological environment and promote sustainable agricultural development.However,the utilization of straw in China is in a steady development period,and the comprehensive utilization rate of straw in major grain producing areas is at a high level.However,in practice,there are still problems such as large total amount,high utilization cost,low utilization rate,unreasonable comprehensive utilization structure,and low product added value.Guided by the concept of green development,analyzed the current situation and existing problems of straw resource utilization in Gushi County,and put forward some expanding suggestions on implementing the concept of green development,promoting green technology innovation,and promoting straw utilization through multiple participation.
