摘要
天气预警是我国气象灾害防治的首要任务,也是相关部门及公众防范天气灾害的主要依据。以西吉县为研究区域,以2013—2022年发布的气象灾害预警信号为研究对象,采用多种数理统计的方法,分析其时空分布特征、年际变化特征、季节变化特征、不同类型预警发生频率。研究发现,西吉县气象灾害预警信号发布的时间和空间分布与西吉县易发生的灾情气象特征相吻合,且具有显著的区域特性;发布的预警信号次数呈逐年增加的趋势;发布最多的是雷电灾害预警;预警等级越低发布次数越多,预警等级越高发布次数越少。这对西吉县气象灾害预警信号发布工作具有重要的指导意义,以及提高西吉县的防灾减灾工作水平具有重要的现实意义。
Weather early warning was the primary task of preventing and controlling meteorological disasters in China,and it was also the main basis for relevant departments and the public to prevent weather disasters.This article takes Xiji County as the research area,and takes the meteorological disaster early warning signals issued from 2013 to 2022 as the research object.Using various mathematical statistical methods,it analyzes their spatiotemporal distribution characteristics,interannual change characteristics,seasonal change characteristics,and the frequency of different types of early warning.The study found that the temporal and spatial distribution of meteorological disaster early warning signals issued in Xiji County coincides with the meteorological characteristics of disasters prone to occur in Xiji County,and has significant regional characteristics;The number of warning signals issued was increasing year by year;The most frequently issued lightning disaster warning;The lower the alert level,the more the number of releases,and the higher the alert level,the less the number of releases.The research has important guiding significance for the release of meteorological disaster early warning signals in Xiji County,and has important practical significance for improving the level of disaster prevention and mitigation work in our county.
