水文水资源环境管理与防洪减灾措施研究

在国民经济建设期间,水文和水资源发挥着十分重要的作用,有必要强化管理,以推动防洪减灾工作的顺利实施。根据当前我国水文水资源管理和防洪减灾现状,阐述了该项工作的重要意义,并且指出了当前工作中存在的问题,从完善节水制度、强化预警预报系统建设、加强新技术的学习应用、增强防灾减灾意识、强化数字化水文站的建设等方面提出了一些相应的措施,以供参考。

During the construction of the national economy,hydrology and water resources play a particularly important role,and it is necessary to strengthen management to promote the smooth implementation of flood control and disaster reduction actions.This article mainly elaborates on the significance of the current situation of hydrological and water resource management and flood control and disaster reduction in China,and points out the main problems faced in the current work.Finally,improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of improving water-saving systems,strengthening the construction of early warning and prediction systems,strengthening the learning and application of new technologies,enhancing disaster prevention and reduction awareness,and strengthening the construction of digital hydrological stations,for mutual exchange and discussion among peers.
