浅谈光宽质差用户优化方案

Analysis of Optimization Scheme for User with Poor FTTH Quality

随着光宽网络建设的深入,提升用户上网感知成为网络维护工作的重中之重。目前,常熟地区的光宽质差用户数量较多。因此,需要采取有效措施提升光宽质量,文章以减少光宽质差用户占比为目标,从设备、终端、流量负荷不同层面分析多种影响质差的因素,并提出了改善措施,结果表明,通过优化方案,常熟地区光宽质差用户占比从2022年初的8.29%降低到年底的1.75%,达到预期目标。

With the deepening of FTTH network construction,improving users’Internet perception has become the top priority of network maintenance.At present,there are many users with poor FTTH quality in Changshu area.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to improve the FTTH quality.This paper aims to reduce the proportion of users with poor FTTH quality,analyzes a variety of factors affecting poor quality from different levels of equipment,terminal and flow load,and proposes the improvement measures.The results show that,through the optimization scheme,the proportion of users with poor FTTH quality in Changshu area is reduced from 8.29%at the beginning of 2022 to 1.75%at the end of 2022,which reaches the expected goal.
