基于汽车电子标识的公交信号优先控制技术研究与应用

摘要 随着天津市机动车保有量的不断增加,城市交通拥堵问题日趋严重,但天津市中心城区路网密度已经很高,不能通过新建道路来解决交通拥堵问题。根据多年的交通管理经验,实施公交优先对缓解城市交通拥堵具有显著的效果。依托汽车电子标识射频识别技术手段开发了公交信号优先控制软件,实现了软件与SCATS交通信号控制系统的接口对接,通过试点测试取得了良好的应用效果,实现了公交车在路口的优先、快速通行,进一步提高了公交车通行效率,有效缓解了城市交通拥堵问题。 With the increasing number of motor vehicles in Tianjin,the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious.However,the density of the road network in the central urban area of Tianjin is already very high,and the problem of traffic congestion cannot be solved by building new roads.According to traffic management experience over years,the implementation of public transport priority has a significant effect on alleviating urban traffic congestion.The software of bus signal control has been developed based on the radio frequency identification by electronic registration identification of the motor vehicle,realizing the interface connection between the software and the SCATS traffic signal control system.Good application results have been achieved through pilot tests,realizing the priority and rapidity of transiting of bus at intersection,further improving the bus traffic efficiency,and effectively alleviating the urban traffic congestion.
