摘要 档案管理是事业单位内部管理的重中之重,在互联网背景下,事业单位在档案管理信息化建设上已经取得了初步成果,电子档案的数量和质量都有所提升,纸质档案也在有序完成向电子档案的转化。相比于传统的纸质档案管理,电子档案管理更加讲究技术化、专业化与高效化,但就事业单位电子档案管理的实际情况来看,还存在一定的问题和不足,不利于实现电子档案资源的进一步开发和应用。基于此,本文就电子档案管理相关内容展开论述,以供参考。 Archive management is the top priority of the internal management of public service institutions.In the context of the Internet,public service institutions have achieved preliminary results in the construction of archive management informatization,the quantity and quality of electronic archives have been increased,and the transformation from paper archives to electronic archives is also completing in an orderly manner.Compared with the traditional paper archive management,electronic archive management pays more attention to technology,specialization and efficiency.However,in the actual situation of electronic archive management of public service institutions,there are still certain problems and shortcomings,which are not conducive to further development and application of electronic archive resources.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the relevant content of electronic archive management,for reference.
