燃气管道定向穿越施工技术应用研究

Research on Application of gas pipeline directional Crossing Construction Technology

基于燃气管道定向穿越施工流程对其施工难点如施工场所有限、泥浆配比难度大、导航轨迹难控制、防腐蚀保护易损坏进行分析,提出其技术应用注意事项,并对定向穿越方法中的岩层勘察、钻爆处理、钻孔处理、扫描检测进行探讨。

Based on the construction process of directional crossing of gas pipeline,the construction difficulties such as limited construction site,difficulty in mixing mud,difficult control of navigation path,corrosion protection and easy damage are analyzed.The points for attention in the application of technology are proposed,and the rock formation investigation,drilling and blasting treatment,drilling treatment and scanning detection in the directional crossing method are discussed.
