摘要
针对导眼井铜页1井出现的阜四段和阜三段泥岩岩水化膨胀垮塌,地层破碎的问题,采用侧钻方式优化技术、装备能力提升技术,油基钻井液体系、坍塌压力预测技术、钻进防卡技术、井眼清洁技术组合配套高效钻井防卡技术体系,该体系在铜页1HF井钻进中应用,平均机械钻速达6.75m/h,复杂故障率为0%,固井质量优异。通过该井的成功实施,形成了一系列钻井防卡技术体系,为破碎应力释放型垮塌地层安全钻进提供参考,有力支撑了江苏油田的页岩油开发。
In view of the problems that the Fu4 and Fu3 members are easy to hydrate and expand and collapse,and the Fu2 formation is easy to be broken in Tongye 1 well,a guide hole.The sidetracking optimization technology and equipment capacity improvement technology,including oil-based drilling fluid system,collapse pressure prediction technology,drilling jam prevention technology and borehole cleaning technology,are applied in the drilling of copper page 1HF well.The average ROP is 6.75m/h,the complex failure rate is 0,and the cementing quality is excellent.The successful implementation of this well has formed a series of drilling jam prevention technology system,which provides a reference for drilling in collapse prone strata and strongly supports the shale oil development in Jiangsu oilfield.
