摘要 现场仪表在海洋石油工艺流程生产中的作用至关重要,其能够为自动化控制与安全生产提供保障,提高生产效益。但其在生产运行过程中受到各种因素影响,严重制约着自动化水平甚至影响生产装置安全稳定运行。结合某外输平台天然气压缩机机组仪控部件在日常运行中出现的问题展开分析及优化,从而提升外输燃气压缩机机组安全稳定,保障外输气供应。 Field instruments play a crucial role in offshore oil process production,providing assurance for automatic control and safe production,and improving production efficiency.However,it is affected by various factors during production and operation,which seriously restricts the level of automation and even affects the safe and stable operation of production devices.This article analyzes and optimizes the problems that occur in the daily operation of the instrument and control components of a gas compressor unit on an export platform,in order to improve the safety and stability of the export gas compressor unit and ensure the supply of export gas.
