天然气长输管道定向钻穿越岩溶裂隙地层的施工实践

Practice of directional drilling for natural gas long-distance pipeline crossing karst fractured stratum

本文基于皖东北天然气长输管道工程泗马河定向钻穿越工程,对长输管道定向钻穿越岩溶裂隙地层施工技术进行了研究与实践,针对岩溶裂隙地层钻进可能出现的泥浆漏失、钻具卡钻、钻杆断裂、成孔变形等极端风险,对施工各阶段措施进行了事前策划、对策实施、经验总结,取得了良好效果,实现了一次性回拖通过,为类似工程提供借鉴。

Based on the directional drilling crossing project of Simahe River,a long-distance natural gas pipeline project in northeast Anhui Province,this paper studies and practices the construction technology of directional drilling crossing karst fractured strata.In view of the extreme risks that may occur in drilling karst fractured strata,such as mud leakage,drilling tool sticking,drill pipe fracture and pore-forming deformation,measures at various stages of construction are planned in advance,countermeasures are implemented,and experience is summarized,which has achieved good results and achieved one-time towing crossing,providing reference for similar projects.
