Energy Measurement of Tank Lorry Transported LNG

近年来,天然气(NG)消费比重日益提高,液化天然气(LNG)槽车市场也达到不小的规模。在国家大力推行天然气能量计量的政策环境下,LNG接收站作为LNG产业的重要环节,纷纷开展槽车装运LNG的能量计量工作。但因相关政策及标准均未对槽车能量计量做出明确要求,各接收站根据自身建设情况采取了不同的计量方式。本文介绍了槽车LNG计量的现状、存在问题及实现能量计量的几种技术路径。

In recent years,the proportion of natural gas(NG)in energy consumption is increasing,and the market of tank lorry transported liquefied natural gas(LNG)has also reached a large scale.Because of the policies on promoting natural gas energy measurement,LNG receiving terminal,as an important part of the LNG industry,have carried out energy measurement of tank lorry transported LNG.However,because the policies and standards have not stipulate for energy measurement of tank lorry transported LNG,each LNG receiving terminal adopts different measurement methods according to its own construction situation.This paper introduces the current situation,existing problems and several technical approaches to realize energy measurement of tank lorry transported LNG.
