吲哚菁绿荧光造影辅助下行脑动脉瘤夹闭术的疗效分析

摘要 目的 利用统计学方法和工具分析吲哚菁绿荧光造影下行脑动脉瘤夹闭术的治疗效果。方法 选取2022年01月-2022年10月收治入院60例脑动脉瘤患者为基线治疗,均等分为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例),两组均行脑动脉瘤夹闭术治疗,对照组不采取任何监测措施,实验组行吲哚菁绿荧光造影监测,对比两组血流动力学指标以及观察指标情况。结果 实验组术后MMT和CBV高于对照组,CBF低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);实验组再次手术率、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),GOS评分优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 脑动脉瘤夹闭术中行神经电生理监测,能够保证其血流动力学指标的稳定,术中辅助应用吲哚菁绿荧光造影具有实时、精细、可重复、安全性高等特点,是提高动脉瘤夹闭术成功率及改善手术效果的有效方法。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring assisted intracranial aneurysm clipping on intracranial aneurysm by statistical methods and tools.Methods 60 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the data analysis basis.They were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)according to the 1:1 principle.Both groups were treated with intracranial aneurysm clipping.The control group did not take any monitoring measures.The experimental group was monitored with indocyanine green fluorescence angiography,and the hemodynamic indicators and observation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative MMT and CBV in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the CBF was lower than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The reoperation rate and complication rate of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with obvious differences(P<0.05),and the GOS score was better than that of the control group,with obvious differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Neuroelectrophysiological monitoring during intracranial aneurysm clipping in patients with intracranial aneurysms can ensure the stability of their hemodynamic indicators.The auxiliary application of indocyanine green fluorescence angiography during surgery has the characteristics of real-time,fine,repeatable,and high safety.It is an effective method to improve the power of aneurysm clipping and improve the surgical effect.
