摘要
目的 探讨酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊对轮状病毒感染儿童血清炎症因子水平和肠道菌群的影响。方法 选择轮状病毒感染腹泻儿童96例,采用随机数字表分为两组,对照组(48例)给予口服补液盐、蒙脱石散治疗,观察组(48例)在对照组基础上联合应用酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊(米桑),持续用药5 d。观察两组患儿的总有效率、止泻时间、血清降钙素原、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α水平和肠道菌群数量。结果 (1)观察组的总有效率优于对照组(97.9%vs. 89.6%,P<0.05);(2)观察组的止泻时间明显短于对照组[(3.03±1.12)d vs.(4.07±1.19)d,P<0.05];(3)观察组患儿血清降钙素原、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)与对照组比较,观察组患儿乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)治疗过程中,两组患儿均未出现不良反应事件。结论 酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊对轮状病毒感染患儿腹泻有良好的疗效,可能与其调节炎性因子水平和肠道菌群数量有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Clostridium butyricum viable capsules on serum inflammatory factor levels and intestinal microbiota in children with rotavirus infection.Methods 96 children by rotavirus infection were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table.The control group(n=48)was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group(n=48)was treated with Clostridium butyricum live capsule(Misang)on the basis of the control group for 5 days.The total effective rate,diarrhea stopping time,serum Calcitonin,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor were observed in the two groupsαLevel and gut microbiota count.Results(1)The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 97.9%,89.6%(P<0.05);(2)The antidiarrheal time of the observation group was shorter than the control group[(3.03±1.12)days vs.(4.07±1.19)days,P<0.05];(3)Serum Calcitonin,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor in children in the observation groupαThe level was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);(4)Compared with the control group,the number of probiotics(Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium)in the intestine of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05);(5)During the treatment process,neither group of children experienced any adverse reactions.Conclusions Clostridium butyricum viable capsule has a good therapeutic effect on diarrhea in children with rotavirus infection,which may be related to its regulation of inflammatory factor levels and the number of intestinal microbiota.
