福州市2018年恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析

An analysis of malignant tumors incidence and mortality in Fuzhou,2018

目的:分析福州市2018年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况,为恶性肿瘤防治提供理论依据。方法:收集和评价福州市2018年恶性肿瘤发病和死亡资料,结合2018年福州市户籍人口数,计算福州市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的粗率、中国人口标化率(中标率)、世界人口标化率(世标率)、构成比和0~74岁累积率等,分析主要恶性肿瘤发病和死亡顺位。结果:2018年福州市恶性肿瘤发病率为288.36/10万,中标率为196.53/10万,世标率为190.15/10万,0~74岁累积率为21.91%。全市恶性肿瘤死亡率为160.72/10万,中标率为98.02/10万,世标率为96.55/10万,0~74岁累积率为11.10%。肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、甲状腺癌为福州市最常见恶性肿瘤,男性发病前五位恶性肿瘤是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、甲状腺癌,女性是肺癌、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌。结论:2018年福州市恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率与福建省水平相当,胃癌的发病顺位高于福建省,肝癌和食管癌的顺位低于福建省。肺癌、女性乳腺癌、胃癌是福州市最主要的恶性肿瘤,是福州市防控的重点。

Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Fuzhou in 2018,and provide theoretical basis for the control and prevention of malignant tumors.Methods:The data of malignant tumors in Fuzhou in 2018 were collected and evaluated.The crude incidence and mortality,the age-standardized rate by Chinese standard population(ASR China)and by world standard population(ASR world),the constituent ratio,and the cumulative incidence rate(0~74 years old)were calculated.The common malignant tumors were analyzed.Results:In 2018,the crude incidence rate in Fuzhou was 288.36/100000.ASR China and ASR world were 196.53/100000 and 190.15/100000.The cumulative rate(0~74 years old)was 21.91%.The mortality rate of malignant tumors in Fuzhou was 160.72/100000,with ASR China of 98.02/100000 and ASR world of 96.55/100000,and the cumulative rate(0~74 years old)was 11.10%.Lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and thyroid cancer were the most common malignant tumors in Fuzhou.The top five malignant tumors were lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and thyroid cancer in male,and lung cancer,breast cancer,thyroid cancer,colorectal cancer and gastric cancer in female.Conclusion:In 2018,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Fuzhou were comparable to that in Fujian Province.The incidence of gastric cancer was higher,and the incidences of liver cancer and esophageal cancer were lower than that in Fujian Province.Lung cancer,female breast cancer,and gastric cancer were the most important malignant tumors,and should be the focus of cancer control and prevention in Fuzhou.
