新时代文明实践中心建设与基层社会共同体的建构,是当代中国增进社会文明的重大举措,它为中国社会上下层的精神贯通与主流价值观的功能发挥提供了重要路径。中国特色的社会主义价值观是构建中国基层社会共同体的精神核心,发挥其在当代多元化道德场景的整合、引领作用,在个体与国家直接关联中强化社会伦理规范的约束力,并在汲取优秀传统伦理道德观念的价值中强化个体道德的情感体验,促进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的内化。公共空间建设是当代基层社会共同体重建的重要路径,我们以新时代文明实践中心(所、站、点)为空间基础,充分调用符号空间与数字空间的生产与延展能力,将中国特色的志愿者队伍建设与服务项目的培育作为维系与推进基层社会共同体建设的重要组织与机制性保障。将新时代文明实践中心建成基层社会共同体的精神文明与社会生活服务的吸附与辐射中心,从而实现国家文化建设方向与普通百姓意愿之间"最后一公里"的真正畅通。

The construction of a civilization practice center in the new era and the construction of a grass-root social community is a major measure for contemporary China to move towards a strong socialist modernization country,realize the Chinese path to modernization,and promote the coordination of material civilization and cultural civilization.It provides an important practical path for the spiritual integration of Chinese society as a whole and the leading function of mainstream values.The ideology with Chinese socialist values as its main connotation is the core spirit of building up a grass-root social community in China.In the context of contemporary diversified moral scenarios,we should strengthen the social ethical norms in the direct connection between individuals and the state.In drawing on and promoting the values of excellent traditional ethical and moral concepts,we should strengthen the emotional experience of individual morality,promote the internalization and externalization of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The construction of public sphere is an important path for the reconstruction of contemporary grass-root social communities.Based on the spatial foundation of the new era civilization practice center(station,point),it fully utilizes the production and extension capabilities of symbol space and digital space,and cultivates a volunteer team with Chinese characteristics and service projects as an important organizational foundation and mechanism guarantee for maintaining and promoting the construction of grassroots social communities.It is necessary to build the New Era Civilization Practice Center into a cultural civilization leading center and a social life service center for grass-roots social communities,in order to achieve a truly smooth"last kilometer"between the will of the country and the will of ordinary people.
