小儿推拿联合超短波疗法治疗风热犯肺型咳嗽患儿的效果

Effect of infantile massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of children with wind-heat invading lung-type cough

目的观察小儿推拿联合超短波疗法治疗风热犯肺型咳嗽患儿的临床疗效。方法选取74例风热犯肺型咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。两组均行西医常规治疗,对照组行穴位贴敷,观察组行小儿推拿联合超短波疗法。两组均干预7 d。比较两组中医证候积分、咳嗽与肺部啰音消失时间、治疗效果。结果干预7 d后,观察组中医证候总积分、主症积分均低于对照组;咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,临床效果优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合超短波疗法可有效地改善风热犯肺型咳嗽患儿症状,缩短咳嗽和肺部啰音消失时间,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of children with wind-heat invading lung-type cough.Methods Seventy-four children with wind-heat invading lung-type cough were selected as research objects and randomly divided into an observation group or a control group,with 37 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment,the control group was given acupoint point application,and the observation group was given infantile massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy.Both groups were intervened for 7 days.The two groups were compared in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms scores,the cough and pulmonary rale disappearance time,and the treatment effect.Results After 7 days of intervention,the total score and the main symptoms score of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the cough and pulmonary rale disappearance time were shorter than those in the control group,and the clinical effect was better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Infantile massage combined with ultrashort wave therapy can effectively improve the symptoms for children with wind-heat invading lung-type cough,shorten their cough and pulmonary rale disappearance time,and improve clinical efficacy.
