压灸作用于妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀及舒适度的效果分析

Effect analysis of pressure moxibustion on abdominal distension and comfort after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨压灸对妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀和舒适度的影响。方法选取80例腹腔镜术后患者,将患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。治疗组采用常规护理联合压灸疗法,对照组仅采用常规护理。比较两组患者术后12h、18h、24h、36h首次排气情况,并观察患者腹胀程度。结果治疗组患者术后12h、18h首次排气患者分别为14例(35.0%)和24例(60.0%);对照组患者术后12h、18h首次排气患者分别为6例(15.0%)和15例(37.5%)。治疗组患者术后12h、18h首次排气患者占比明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者无腹胀率为85.0%,对照组患者无腹胀率为50.0%,治疗组患者无腹胀率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压灸治疗妇科腹腔镜术后患者,可明显改善患者腹部胀痛、腹胀感及排气困难,增加舒适感,促进肠道蠕动,减轻腹部不适,具有安全、无副作用,适用于妇科腹腔镜术后。

Objective To investigate the effect of pressure moxibustion on abdominal distension and comfort after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 80 laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with routine nursing combined with pressure moxibustion therapy,while the control group was treated with routine nursing only.The first exhaust was compared 12 h,18 h,24 h and 36 h after operation between the two groups,and the degree of abdominal distension was observed.Results In the treatment group,14 patients(35.0%)and 24 patients(60.0%)had their first exhaust at 12 h and 18 h,respectively.In control group,6 cases(15.0%)and 15 cases(37.5%)of patients with first exhaust gas 12 h and 18 h after operation,respectively.The proportion of patients with frst exhaust gas at 12 h and 18 h afer operation in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of non-bloating was 85.0%in the treatment group and 50.0%in the control group.The rate of non-bloating in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure moxibustion treatment of gynecological patients after laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve abdominal pain,abdominal distension and exhaust dificulty,increase comfort,enhance intestinal peristalsis,reduce abdominal discomfort,with safety,no side effects,suitable for gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
