妇宁阴道膨胀栓治疗宫颈高危型HPV持续感染的疗效研究

Study on the eficacy of funing vaginal dilation suppository in the treatment of cervical high-risk HPV persistent infection

目的观察中药栓剂妇宁阴道膨胀栓治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染的有效性及安全性。方法选取164例HR-HPV持续感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各82例。对照组患者给予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片治疗,试验组患者给予妇宁阴道膨胀栓进行阴道给药。比较两组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月转阴情况、病症消失情况、HR-HPV病毒载量、6个月复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗1个月、2个月、3个月的转阴率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组腰腹坠痛、阴道分泌物异常、外阴瘙痒症状消失率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HR-HPV病毒载量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月,两组HR-HPV病毒载量均较治疗前显著下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为2.44%,明显低于对照组的12.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇宁阴道膨胀栓治疗HR-HPV持续感染患者,能有效抑制HPV-DNA病毒载量,提高HPV转阴率,降低复发率,治疗效果更优且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the eficacy and safety of chinese herbal suppository funing vaginal dilation suppository in the treatment of persistent HR-HPV infection,Methods 164 patients with persistent HR-HPV infection were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Funing vaginal expansion suppository for vaginal administration.The two groups were compared for negative conversion,disease disappearance,HR-HPV viral load,relapse and adverse reactions at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment.Results The negative conversion rates of experimental groups at 1 month,2 months and 3 months were significantly higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The disappearance rates of lumbar and abdominal pain,abnormal vaginal secretions and vulvar pruritus in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HR-HPV viral load between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment,the HR-HPV viral load in both groups was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in test group was 2.44%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(12.20%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with persistent HR-HPV infection,Funing vaginal dilation supposer can effectively inhibit HPV-DNA viral load,improve the negative rate of HPV,and reduce the recurrence rate,with better therapeutic effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
